Paul Farrell, Jr., has been appointed Co-Lead of MDL 2804, National Prescription Opiate Litigation, where more than 2,700 cases are pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
He is lead counsel of record for 700+ docketed cases filed on behalf of governmental entities across the country in MDL 2804 and widely recognized by his peers as a pioneer and authority on the diversion claims directed against the opiate prescription drug manufacturers, distributors and dispensers.
