Media Antitrust
Farrell & Fuller is among the first firms in the United States to sue Facebook and Google in an effort to save local media. We're fighting to keep the press — and trustworthy news sources — alive in the face of unfair competition from media behemoths.

Michael J. Fuller is one of the leading medical malpractice attorneys in the country. He is a founding partner of Farrell and Fuller and a partner at McHugh Fuller.

Always a champion for justice, Mike has extensive experience in nursing home, medical malpractice, and criminal prosecutions and trials. He has worked with a top national law firm and the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office in Florida.

Mr. Fuller also holds a leadership position in the battle against the opioid industry and has worked to help secure a 26 billion dollar settlement from the top distributors in the country.

Mr. Fuller is one of the first to file claims against Google and Facebook on behalf of a group of local and regional media outlets.

His practice thus far has allowed him to litigate and try cases in numerous states and jurisdictions, giving him a nationwide perspective on how best to strategize your case. His knowledge and experience in the courtroom make him a valued partner in this firm. Mr. Fuller is licensed to practice law in District of Columbia, Florida, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

Part of his educational process was spent working in the White House as an intern involved with Presidential Correspondence, providing a wealth of experience with citizens, legislators, and diplomats across the United States.

Mr. Fuller is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (1995) and the University of Florida (1999).
